1. Description of Service
We recognize that each home is as unique as its owner, which is why we offer customizable cleaning packages. Whether you’re in need of a deep, thorough clean or basic upkeep, we have a package that aligns with your goals. Our pricing is transparent and fair, calculated based on the floor plan you select and the tasks included in our checklist.
Price Adjustments
Please note that the price may be subject to change if the service booked does not accurately reflect the needs of the cleaning job or if the home assessment provided is not accurate. We reserve the right to adjust pricing to correspond with the actual conditions encountered at the time of the cleaning service.
What’s Not Included

Accurate Home Assessment
To ensure a fair and accurate pricing model, we require that you correctly identify the number of bedrooms and other relevant details about your home. Our flat rate is contingent upon this information, and it encompasses the cleaning of your entire home based on the plan you choose and the tasks included in our checklist.
Personalized Options
If you have specific areas or tasks you’d like to focus on—or exclude—we offer personalized cleaning services to meet your needs. We encourage a walk-through with our cleaning professionals on the day of your appointment to ensure your priorities are clearly understood and met.
Your Role in the Process
Your input is invaluable to us. We encourage you to be an active participant in defining your cleaning experience. A walk-through on the day of your cleaning appointment ensures that we align our services with your specific needs and expectations.
2. Non-Refund Policy & Redo Service
At Sparkling Clean Pro, your satisfaction is our priority. If something’s not up to snuff, we offer a redo service. Just let us know within 24 hours after your original cleaning, and we’ll schedule a redo to tackle those specific areas you’re not happy with, free of charge.
Notification Period
To qualify for a redo, you’ve got to notify us within that 24-hour window post-cleaning. Anything after that, and we can’t offer the redo.
Redo Service Conditions
– The redo is scheduled ASAP, at a time that works for both of us.
– We’ll only focus on the areas you flagged during your notification.
– Our pro cleaning team will handle the redo, aiming to meet your expectations.
No Refunds, Satisfaction Guaranteed Through Redos
While we don’t offer refunds, our commitment to your satisfaction is unwavering. If you’re not happy with any aspect of our service, our guarantee is to make it right through our redo service. We’re dedicated to ensuring you’re fully satisfied with the cleaning provided.
Change of Scope
If you want extra tasks done during the redo, that might cost more. We’ll let you know about any extra charges before making changes.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate the rescheduling or cancellation of your cleaning appointment. To avoid incurring any charges, we require notification at least one full business day in advance. Cancellations made on the same day or with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equivalent to the entire cost of the cleaning service. For appointments scheduled on Mondays, cancellations must be made by the preceding Friday. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Thank you for your understanding.
4. Billing and Payment Terms
In our ongoing commitment to transparency and convenience, Greenterra has streamlined its payment process to accept only credit cards.
Pre-Authorization Hold
A hold will be placed on your credit card one day prior to your scheduled service. While some banks may display this as a charge, rest assured it is merely a pre-authorization to secure your booking.
Final Charge
You will only be charged after the completion of the cleaning service. An email invoice will be sent to you immediately, confirming the transaction.
5. Recurring Services Policy
Initial and Recurring Service Rates
At Scrub Hub Cleaning we offer our clients the benefit of discounted rates for recurring cleaning services. The initial cleaning is provided at the full rate, while subsequent cleanings are offered at a reduced rate to reflect the ongoing commitment.
Commitment to Recurring Services
To qualify for our recurring service discount, we require a commitment to a regular cleaning schedule for a minimum of three months. This ensures that you enjoy continuous high-quality service while allowing us to plan and allocate resources efficiently.
Appointment Cancellations and Adjustments
– Weekly Service: No more than three cancellations within a three-month period.
– Bi-weekly Service: No more than two cancellations within three-months period.
– Monthly Service: No cancellations are permitted within the first three months.
Rate Adjustments for Cancellations
Please note that if you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning:
– The discounted rate remains if rescheduled within one week of the original service date.
– If a bi-weekly service skips an appointment, the next service will be billed at the monthly rate.
– Services with three-week intervals will be adjusted to the monthly rate.
– Services with intervals exceeding four weeks will revert to the full one-time cleaning rate.
These policies are in place to maintain the integrity of our scheduling and to uphold the value we provide through our discounted recurring services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these terms, which allow us to continue offering exceptional eco-friendly cleaning services at a great value.
6. Non-Solicitation Policy
At Scrub Hub Cleaning, we invest significantly in the training and development of our professional cleaning staff, all in the pursuit of providing you with exceptional cleaning services. To protect this investment and to maintain the integrity of our business relationships, we kindly ask that you refrain from directly hiring any of our employees for any home-related services outside of those provided by Scrub Hub Cleaning.
If you wish to employ a Scrub Hub Cleaning member for services not covered by our company, a referral fee equivalent to six months of the employee’s salary will be applicable. This policy is in place to uphold the values of community, mutual respect, and fair business practices that are at the core of our operations.
